Connect2Poetry website and apps

Cartwheel Arts has just launched a new site for it’s Connect2Poetry project. From the site:

Connect2Poetry is a project that encourages you to take a walk, and write a poem.

It’s based around the Connect2 network of cycle-paths and walking routes around Rochdale borough… Along the route we will soon be placing metal plaques with poems written by local poets, to give you some inspiration.

Then there’s a Connect2Poetry mobile app (for Android or iPhone), which will help you write a poem of your own. The poems that people write using the app will appear on the Connect2Poetry blog – and the best ones will win prizes, to be awarded later this year.

Download the apps, take the walk and write a poem!
